Our new Knowledge Base is full of tips and tricks for making the most of your TRF App. There, you'll find the answers to SO many questions! You'll also find a packed FAQ with the questions we see often. You can learn about the humans behind the app, our fantastic support team, and why TRF exists as well!

Here are a couple of the questions we've gotten recently from the update.
Q: I lost my information in the update. Do I need to set up my TRF again?
A: Yes. Unfortunately, we were unable to save your information because the old app didn't have a login. This update is really a new app set on top of the old one. With your new login, you'll never have to redo your initial setup again.
Q: What is the Master Passcode at the initial setup?
The Master Passcode is 1, 2, 3, 4.
Q: I just bought forms! Are they gone?
A: Absolutely not! You get a FREE Pro Subscription on us until April 1. After that, you'll find your previous forms under the Subscription Tab, where it currently says "Remaining Forms: Unlimited."
Q: Why did you make a new app at all?
A: The original TRF app was created in 2013, and while it was advanced for its time, it is now outdated. Apple requirements were going to continue to limit or shut down the function of the App. Instead of continuing to patch the broken app, we invested TONS of time, money, and man hours into creating a brand new state-of-the-art app with the latest and greatest technology.
Q: Why were there issues when you released the app?
A: Even with hundreds of hours of testing, retesting, and testing again across countries, time zones, and many, many iPads, we knew we would run into some hiccups. We were able to fix the major bugs within 24 hours, and there will be another release soon to fix the rest. Run into any issues? Please let us know, and we will fix them ASAP! Yes, you'll see that some functions of the updated app are coming soon, and we are working on those around the clock to get them to you quickly.
