The completely remodeled Tattoo Release Forms App will be available soon, and we are SO! excited!! Here's a couple of the questions we've gotten so far:

Q: Will this replace our current TRF App?
A: Yes! When it drops, the TRF App will update over your current TRF App. The old interface will no longer be available.
Q: Will it run on our older iPad?
A: It should. It is compatible with version iOS 12, so it should run on older iPads. However, Apple's planned obsolescence will eventually make your older iPads unfunctional for anything, not just our app. You can find cheap older-- but still viable-- refurbished iPads on Amazon for around $200.
Q: Will lose my current settings?
A: Yes. Unfortunately, because the older app didn't have an Apple login, we aren't able to save your settings. You'll need to set up your new TRF App. This will only take a few minutes in our crazy-easy, intuitive platform. If you love the wording in your current app version, be sure to screenshot it so you can copy and paste it into your new version. You'll have an entire Knowledge Base to help you get started if you need extra help. Going forward, you'll never need to do this again as it will be saved under your Apple ID.
Q: Will I lose the forms that I have already purchased?
A: We don't want anyone to lose the forms they have! If you have a balance, you can send it to our email at answers@volutagitital.com, and we will make sure you're taken care of. Starting from the date it drops (within the week and we will let you know ASAP!), all users will receive a Pro Subscription on us for 30 days as our thanks for your patience and continued support.
