We have been using the Tattoo Release Forms App for the past 6 years and can never see ourselves stopping. This is, without a doubt, one of the greatest additions to our studio that we have ever made. The app makes completing disclaimers seamless, especially since we have many returning clients; the quick re-upload option for these clients is a valuable tool. Not only does it save time, but the questions inside the app itself are extensive, and being able to alter them as necessary is fantastic.

Providing clients with an electronic form of disclaimer is a significant benefit, as we strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible, reducing the need for printing endless amounts of paper and minimizing our waste. Waste, as everyone knows, is huge in the Tattoo Industry, so to be able to minimize it in areas that aren’t always obvious is a huge bonus.

From a business perspective, it’s also much cheaper per form than it is per piece of paper, ink, and pens! Talking of endless pieces of paper… being able to save all of the disclaimer forms to the cloud also creates more space in-house and ensures everything is secure. We don’t have to have any dusty filing cabinets and spend time going through them to try to find clients' contact details. Gone are the days of having to scan clients ’ IDs and print — being able to capture an image of them at the start of the form. An advantage of cloud storage is being able to download the client list form and contact all existing clients who have opted into the mailing list, informing them of news, offering discounts, and filling our artists' diaries with ease.

We also get a lot of positive feedback from our clients regarding the smooth nature of being able to fill out the form; that it’s very unique and different to other disclaimers they have filled out in the past. It’s something that can really set your studio apart from others! It also looks really smart.
